for consideration of your commercial offer it is necessary to send:
- A completed form of a counterparty in Word format
- Completed application 1 to TK in Excel format. It is necessary to fill in the cost per unit, the total cost taking into account volume, in the column 3 "algorithm of calculation of other expenses", the limit amount of other expenses. I draw your attention that it is impossible to add/remove positions as well as to change the scope of work.
- The KP card completed and signed by the head of the company (all fields are obligatory for filling)
- Extract from the Register of SRO members

In case of disagreement with the terms of the basic contract to the filled documents must attach a protocol of disagreement.
A commercial offer provided without filling in the required documents may not be accepted for consideration.
