Comments: to consider the application, the following documents must be loaded: - Completed Appendix No. 1 to TK in EXCEL format (Annex No. 2). We draw your attention to clause 1.8 of the Technical specification - Basic requirements for the scope of work. All works according to the RD are to be performed. The RDC contains enlarged rates. Criteria for choosing the best offer: availability of necessary documents for conducting activities, quality, timing and cost of work performance, payment terms, experience. This procedure for requesting a proposal is not a contest and its conduct is not regulated by articles 447-449 p.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is also not a public contest and is not regulated by Articles 1057 -1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this request procedure does not impose on the Customer the corresponding volume of civil legal obligations. The attached Agreement is not a public offer, but the terms of the Agreement will be binding on the winner of the bidding
