Payment terms:Payment within 60 c.d. from the moment of signing of the act of performed works by cash, bill of JSC "RUSAL Achinsk".
Delivery terms:The criteria for expert evaluation of the Contractor's choice to perform the work are:
1. The minimum cost of the service.
2. The minimum prices for the retail products (market) are checked and agreed by the customer.
3. Work in the revision of the contract of the customer.
4. Availability of permits and resources for the work:
- availability of SRO.
- availability of personnel resources, trained personnel.
- experience of similar works in the last 2-3 years.
5. Terms of execution of works: until 01.07.2020
6. Payment within 60 c.d. from the moment of signing of the act of performed works by cash, bill of JSC "RUSAL Achinsk".
7. Guarantees of the quality of works, services: from 36 months.
8. Ownership of the company or under the lease agreement of specialized machinery and equipment.
9. Penalties in the amount of not less than 20% of the cost of work are provided for failure of the terms of carrying out works.
10. The advantage is the experience of working with RUSAL.
11. Contractor is required to present supporting documents upon request.

Comments:
The commercial offer should be sent in the form of an electronic (scanned copy) document signed by the authorized person and sealed by the organization.
JSC RUSAL Achinsk has the right to refuse participation in the Selection in the following cases:
- commercial offer received after the deadline; $
- the terms of the offer do not meet the terms of the Invitation;
- the offer contains false information;
- the person submitting the offer is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been initiated against him; $
- Participant of Selection has negative experience of working with enterprises of OK RUSAL;
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for the refuse.$

The selection will be carried out with mandatory peretorzhek.
