13.2. Mechanisms for loading and asphalt pavement works are provided by the contractor.
14. Requirements for the Contractor.
14.1. The contractor must have the necessary production and human resources to perform this work, be a member of a self-regulatory organization (SRO).
14.2. To clarify the conditions of work, familiarization with the object must be the arrival of representatives of the Contractor to the customer.
14.3. In the organization of the Contractor, according to the staffing table, there must be at least ten established units of working professions. The organization must conduct production and business activities for at least three years and not have a zero balance sheet
14.4. The contractor in his commercial proposal specifies the procedure for payment for work and other conditions.
14.5. Certification of the head, ITR and executors on industrial safety and labor protection on OPO. According to Appendix №1.
14.6. Ensuring occupational safety and health measures for safe work practices at the facility.
14.7. The contractor is obliged to provide, prior to commencement of work, copies of documents confirming the presence of a labor protection service and / or a labor protection specialist in a contracting organization (order of appointment to a position in a contracting organization, certificate of a labor protection specialist) or an agreement with an accredited organization in the field of service on labor protection.
14.8. The contractor before the start of work provides a schedule of work.
