Payment terms:1. An advance payment in the amount of 30% (thirty percent) of the Contract Price (hereinafter referred to as the "Advance Payment") will be made within 10 (ten) calendar days after signing this Contract and the Contractor providing the Customer with an irrevocable bank guarantee.
2. Interim payments shall be paid by the Customer to the Contractor within 10 calendar days from the date of signing the Certificates of completed works in the form of KS-2, KS-3 for completed stages of work and the provision of an Invoice for payment, as well as the provision of Invoices.
Interim payments for the work performed are made taking into account the deduction of 30% - for an advance plus 5% - for guarantee payments.

Payment of Warranty deductions in the amount of:
- 2% of the Contract price, payable by the Customer to the Contractor after signing the final forms of KS-2, KS-3.
- 3% after the expiration of the warranty period of 1 year.
Delivery terms:- Call for Bidding of necessary consumables for the implementation of the project, the contractor undertakes
- provision of a schedule of repair work with deadlines
- have a certificate of SRO membership
- without involving third parties to fulfill obligations under the contract
- it is possible to hire special equipment
- when signing the acts of the forms of the COP, provide the executive and technical documentation (acts, schemes, etc.)
- it is mandatory to coordinate the architectural forms with the customer

4) This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or tender, does not fall under the scope of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.
5) The Contractor within 5 working days on the basis of a Letter of Guarantee from the Customer must begin work on the site.
6) Start of work: no later than June 1, 2024
7)The completion period is 60 working days.
