Payment is made within 30 banking days from the date
of signing the Certificates of completed works.

the original Bank Guarantee (from the list of guarantor banks of PJSC TOAZ) for the refund of the advance payment
issued in favor of the Customer for a period of validity

Delivery terms:Acceptance of completed works and their payment is carried
out after the work is completed with the presentation
of a complete set of executive documentation and
are formalized by an act signed by authorized
representatives of the parties. The evasion of one of the parties from
participating in the process of delivery and acceptance of completed works, as
well as the refusal to sign the act, entitles the other
party to draw up and sign a unilateral act and
make an appropriate note in it.
The customer can involve the user for acceptance
the facility (operating organization), developers
of technical documentation, specialized
organizations and other legal entities and individuals,
creating, if necessary, an admissions committee.
The act approved by the Customer is the basis for
the submission of forms KS-2 and KS-3 and payment
for the work performed.
