Payment terms:

1. New products.
2. The products must have a certificate of quality, certificate of origin.
Iii. Provision of statutory documents (see List in the procurement documentation) is mandatory at the time of submission of the offer.
Iv. This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to refuse all received offers without imposing liability.

Mandatory requirement for all participants-availability of certificates confirming the quality and origin of the goods. The package of documents should be attached to the ETP at the stage of application (see paragraph 5.2 of the document "documentation-№ 1171052 Blochochochnaja Products").
The organization recognized as the winner of the procedure, it is necessary to conclude a contract of delivery with PJSC "Korshunovsky Gok", in the edition of PJSC "Korshunovsky Gok" (see procurement documentation). In the presence of contradictions, the participant, before the end of the procurement procedure attaches to the ETP or directs the organizer of the procedure a protocol of disagreement to the draft agreement with PJSC "Korshunovsky Gok".
