Payment terms:
Preferred payment terms - 100% deferred payment upon delivery of products. The preferred grace period is 60 days from the date of delivery.
The price is indicated without VAT, taking into account the cost of transport and other costs associated with the delivery of goods to the Buyer's warehouse.
Payment for products is carried out by bank transfer by transferring funds to the account of the Supplier. Payment currency - Russian ruble.
The Buyer makes payments in payment for the products based on the results of acceptance, subject to the Supplier providing the original documents confirming the quality of the products, waybills and invoices that correspond to the results of acceptance and drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the law.

The products must be accompanied by all mandatory documents confirming their quality and origin.
Comments: I. Signing a contract within 5 days as amended by PJSC "Korshunovskiy GOK" (see procurement documentation).
II. Products purchased by the company must strictly comply with the requirements:
1. New products
2. Products must match samples for printing
3. The provision of statutory documents (see the list in the procurement documentation) is mandatory at the time of submitting an offer
4. This procedure is not a competition or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to refuse all received offers without imposing responsibility.

A mandatory requirement for all participants is the availability of certificates confirming the quality and origin of the goods. The package of documents must be attached to the ETP at the stage of filing an application (see paragraph 5.2 "Documentation - No. 2566724 Blank products").
The organization recognized as the winner of the procedure must conclude a supply agreement with PJSC "Korshunovsky GOK", as amended by PJSC "Korshunovsky GOK" (see procurement documentation). If there are contradictions, the participant, before the end of the procurement procedure, attaches on the ETP or sends the organizer of the procedure a protocol of disagreements to the draft agreement with PJSC "Korshunovsky GOK".

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
