The participant of the procedure is bound by the condition of confidentiality with respect to all data and facts disclosed to him in connection with this procedure, and may disclose these data and facts to third parties only with the written consent of the Organizer.
The Organizer has the right to complete the announcement of the sale without announcing the winner, which means that the Organizer rejects all received applications from participants of this announcement of the sale.
