Note: The contractor should take into account the costs of installation, dismantling of temporary sites, installation, removal of winches, rigging devices, devices for lifting material in accordance with the developed PPR. To ensure the strength and stability of the remaining structures, measures must be taken to temporarily secure the remaining structures. Schemes and designs of temporary fixings should be given as part of the PPR.
23. Mechanisms, equipment and tools provided by the Contractor.
23.1. Works are performed from the customer's material

23.3. Electric welding and gas-cutting equipment, power tools, oxygen, propane, auxiliary materials are provided by the contractor.
24. Requirements for the Contractor.
24.1. The contractor must have the necessary production and human resources to carry out this work, be a member of a self-regulatory organization (SRO).
24.2. To clarify the conditions for the performance of work, familiarization with the object, it is desirable that the representatives of the Contractor arrive at the Customer.
24.3. The contractor in his commercial offer indicates the procedure for payment for work and other conditions.
24.4. Certification of the head, engineering technician and executors for industrial safety and labor protection at HIF. According to Appendix No. 1.
24.5. Provision of health and safety measures for safe work methods at the facility.
24.6. The Contractor is obliged to provide, before the start of work, copies of documents confirming the presence of a labor protection service and / or a labor protection specialist in the contractor organization (order of appointment to a position in a contractor organization, certificate of a labor protection specialist) or the existence of an agreement with an accredited organization in the field of services on labor protection.
24.7. The contractor provides a work schedule before starting work.
24.8. The contractor carries out visual measurement control of welded joints with registration of a protocol.
24.8.1. The contractor monitors the volume of the removed construction waste and scrap metal through the weighing station.
24.9. The contractor provides a local estimate.

25. Conditions of work
25.1. Work at an operating enterprise in the provided technological windows, depending on the equipment load.
