Payment terms:
Payment of 100% (one hundred per cent) of the total value of the respective batch of Goods within 20 (twenty) working days from the date of delivery of the respective shipment of Goods (from the date of the signature invoice without comment), and providing an invoice.
Comments: TMC acceptance in Customer's warehouse
1) The KP must be issued on the official letterhead with the head's seal and signature and attached to the procurement documentation.
2) The KP must be specified
- TMC VAT, subject to delivery to Buyer's warehouse, subject to packaging (The package must be only according to the requirements of GOSTA 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96),
- The units of measurement in the KP must match the requested;
- product ratio (free seller, dealer, manufacturer, etc. );
- Delivery time to Buyer's warehouse;
- warranty terms;
- estimated volume and weight (per entire volume);
- delivery method;
- agreement to the contract.
3) Products must be new, not used, manufactured no earlier than 6 months from the date of the TKP display;
4) Certificates of Conformity, Passport, Quality Certificate shall be attached to the KP
5) Before shipment, you must provide a photo card of the product packaging, photo marking of goods (labeling requirements in the loaded documentation)
6) Criteria for choosing the best offer: consent to our form contract, quality, delivery time, cost, packaging, payment terms, work experience;
(7) This procedure for requesting an offer is not a contest and it is not governed by articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Code of the Russian Federation;
8) This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
