Payment terms:Deferment of payment within 60 days from the date of delivery of the goods at the buyer's warehouse or other payment terms as shall be agreed by the parties further. In the case of advance payment the Supplier shall submit an irrevocable bank guarantee for an amount not less than the advance payment, the banks belonging to the rating of the fifty largest Russian banks or international banks with a rating of at least BB / Baa2.
Delivery terms:The goods are delivered by the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse. Shipping cost included in cost of goods. The delivery date is the date of transfer of the goods to the Purchaser at the time of signing the consignment note (TORG-12) to the Buyer's warehouse. Products delivery time: minimum, according to the applications. The supplied products shall be new and not remanufactured. Other delivery conditions agreed by the parties further.

Comments:
1. MANDATORY - uploading the offer (offer) signed by the authorized person and the seal of the organization (please submit a proposal for an offer Appendix №1 procurement documentation).
2. PAY ATTENTION! If a delivery is offered products that manufacturer (not the original) or any other references, in the offer necessarily indicate the manufacturer's name and catalog number changed. The offer shall be accompanied with the letter signed by the head of the company, certifying that the offered products are equivalent to those requested.
3. Validity of the offer (offer) must be not less than 60 calendar days from the date it is granted.
4. One of the important criteria of evaluation of the proposal, a delay of payment. Preferred grace period - 60 days or more from date of shipment.
5. A mandatory requirement for all participants - the availability of certificates confirming the quality and origin of the goods. The winner shall conclude a standard supply contract (Attachment 2). If there are contradictions, the party until the end of the procurement procedure attaches the ETP or the Organizer of procedure of disagreements to the draft contract. The status of the supplier must be immediately confirmed after the end of the procedure with the provision of the necessary electronic documents.

7. Please note that this request is not a notice of holding a tender or a public offer and is not regulated st.447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code, st.1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding volume of civil liabilities, and reserves the right to reject all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the Participants.
