Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Indicate one of the two most appropriate options:
1) 100% post payment within 10 banking days from the receipt of goods at the buyer's warehouse without comment.
2) advance payment of not more than 25% of the cost of the consignment from the moment of signing the specification. Final settlement in the amount of 75% within 10 banking days upon delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse, without comment.

Comments:
1) Compliance with all requirements in accordance with the statement of work.
2) Mandatory upload of the following documents; commercial proposal (in the commercial proposal it is mandatory to register the scheme and photo of the finished product), documents confirming the attitude to the product
3) Products must be new, unused,
4) Contract awarding criteria: quality of products, shortest possible delivery time, price, terms of payment, operational experience;
5) This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
6) This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
7) Before shipping a packing list needs to be filled (see the example of filling in additional information), and attached to the package with the product, the copy is to be sent to the Customer via e-mail.
8) Packaging, labeling according to the requirements of the cargo sent to the regions of the far north and equivalent areas. (According to the statement of work).
