Mandatory conditions:
1. Delivery on DDP terms.
2. Deferred payment of 67 -120 days from the date of delivery to the warehouse of the consignee.
3. Availability of electronic document management at the supplier (Contour.Diadoc).
4.When choosing a supplier, the supplier's OTIF (on time in full - i.e. on time and in full) is taken into account. The target is 88%.
5. Warranty obligations, certificates of conformity, quality certificates for products.
6. Accreditation with METALLOINVEST Management Company LLC on the B2B platform.

The price for 1 unit of goods excluding VAT.

Within the framework of the concluded contract at the price per unit of production, the supplier undertakes to supply the required volume of goods and materials. The volumes, terms and bases of deliveries will be negotiated at the conclusion of the application for delivery upon the occurrence of a need.
