Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
In accordance with Article 14 of the Agreement:
EQUIPMENT
1) Advance payments for equipment for 1, 2 power units:
15% of the equipment price - within 45 business days from the date of receipt of the request (invoice) for advance payment, subject to the provision of collateral in accordance with the terms of the Contract
2) Advance payments for equipment for 3, 4 power units:
15% of the equipment price - within 45 business days from the date of receipt of the request (invoice) for the advance payment, subject to the provision of collateral in accordance with the terms of the Contract and after the issuance by the Customer of the Supplier permission to start manufacturing equipment (EMC).
3) Interim advance payments (for the achievement of Control events) - 20% of the Total Unit Equipment price
in accordance with Appendix No. 20, subject to the provision of security
4) Delivery Payments
- 30% of the total price of the Unit Equipment - during 45 work. days after delivery and provision of a set of documents,
- 30% no later than 180 days from the previous payment date
4) Deferred payment
- 5% of the Total Unit Equipment price:
in the event of a conclusion of a DS for the provision of Technical Consulting Services within 60 cal. days from the date of the report on the implementation of the data, but in any case no later than 36 months from the date of delivery of the equipment of the corresponding unit ..

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
