Alternative bid is a bid, of which the terms and conditions differ from those established in the bid-related documents.

Payment terms:Payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the Total cost of the corresponding batch of Goods within 15 banking days from the date of delivery of the corresponding batch of Goods (from the date of signing the consignment note without comments), and the provision of an invoice.
Delivery terms:By delivery to the buyer's warehouse, according to the specified details. The delivery date of the corresponding batch of goods is the date when the Supplier transfers the entire batch of goods to the Buyer in the Buyer's warehouse. Taking into account the fact of further transportation of Goods to the regions of the Far North to the Object, the packaging of cargo arriving in containers should ensure the safety of cargo during its transportation, storage (accumulation) and cargo handling. The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96.

Comments:
1. It is necessary to load the KP in the form of Polymetal in EXCEL with an indication of all the requested delivery conditions according to the attached form, see procurement documentation;

2. IN the KP, IT IS MANDATORY to prescribe THE FULL AND EXACT NAME OF THE PRODUCT WITH ALL THE CHARACTERISTICS and attach the appropriate PHOTOS;

3. Be sure to fill in additional fields, excluding the wording6 "in KP";

4. In the cost of the goods, it is necessary to take into account the packaging and labeling according to GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96 "Products sent to the regions of the far north and areas equated to them. Packaging, labeling, transportation and storage";

5. Certificates of conformity, a passport, a document confirming the quality, a safety data sheet, a container certificate must be attached to the KP;

6. Before shipment, provide a photo of the packed goods, each place must be marked with a packing list according to the Buyer's form;

7. The products must be new, not used, manufactured no earlier than 6 months from the date of the CP;

Criteria for choosing the best offer: lowest cost, quality, delivery time, cost, payment terms, work experience, agreement with the contract.
This request for proposal procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this procedure for requesting an offer does not impose on the Customer an appropriate amount of civil obligations
