If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The Buyer shall pay for the received new Goods in the amount of 100% of the value of the Goods within 20 (twenty) working days from the date of signing of the goods invoice/consignment note or other of the document confirming acceptance of the Goods, provided that there are no claims on quality, quantity, completeness, configuration of the delivered Goods and provided that the Buyer receives properly issued in the name of the Buyer account, original contract, specifications and originals of shipping documents. Comments:
Settlements under the contract are carried out using the settlement accounts opened by the Parties in JSCB "Lanta-Bank" (JSC). In order to fulfill this requirement, the participant of the "request for proposals" procedure recognized as the winner of the "request for proposals" procedure shall be obliged within 5 (Five) days from the date of completion request for proposals to open a settlement account in JSCB "Lanta-Bank" (JSC) for the purposes of making payments under the contract, in respect of which the request for proposals was carried out.

We also draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice on the holding of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 — 1061 h 2 Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.

The price offer and terms of delivery filed through the ETP functionality must correspond to the price and conditions in the commercial offer.

Providing a package of documents specified in the "Documentation for the contract" file is REQUIRED. In the absence of all or part of these documents, the application is not subject to consideration.
