Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The Buyer pays for each shipment of goods with a deferred payment of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of each shipment of goods at the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:Monthly within 3 months from the date of signing the Agreement, the Protocol in form No. 1, in three equal batches across the entire range with the preliminary delivery of an experimental batch of bolts of 100 (one hundred) pcs of each item. After the Buyer processes an experimental batch of bolts and receives a positive conclusion from the Buyer on the results of processing, the Manufacturer resumes the supply of bolts in the quantities indicated in the Protocol in form No. 1 (taking into account suitable bolts from the experimental batch volume). Depending on the production plan, the volume of procurement can be adjusted within the range of -30%.
