The special car is new, in stock. Mandatory provision of a commercial offer certified with the executive's seal and signature. The presence of PTS. Retain the cost of the equipment offered at least 30 calendar days from receipt of results with ETP.
Required documents:
1. EGRUL Extract
2. A copy of the Value Added Tax (VAT) return with the receipt of receipt by the tax authority.
3. Certificate of State Registration
4. Tax Accounting Certificate
5. Official Dealer Certificate from Manufacturer
6. Tax and Fee Calculation Status Certificate, dated no more than 30 days to the date of grant.
7. Charter
8. Accounting reports for the most recent reporting period.
Items for inclusion in the contract:
"Payment of work/delivered goods shall be paid in the following order:
- 80% of work/delivered goods are paid by the customer/buyer... (payment terms).
- The remaining 20% of the work/delivered goods is reserved and paid within 10 calendar days after one of the following events (one of the following) occurs, depending on what happens sooner (but, in any case, not before paying 80% of the cost of work/delivered goods:
(a) Contractor/Supplier provided the customer/buyer with a copy of the VAT declaration file (including the "Sales Book..." section) filed with the tax authority electronically and a copy notifications to the tax authority of the entry of information specified in the tax return (calculation) in electronic form (confirming that there are no errors or contradictions in the return file). The declaration shall contain the relevant invoices under this contract and meet the current requirements for its completion and electronic format. Files are sent to the contractor/seller to the customer/buyer via email:... (address);
b) The Tax Authority, following a camera review of the VAT declaration, did not deny VAT deductions on the relevant invoices."
