Payment terms:Покупатель обязуется оплатить полученную продукцию путем перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Поставщика в сумме 100 % в течение 45 календарных дней после фактического получения продукции при условии предоставления счетов-фактур и сертификатов качества. Счет-фактура предоставляется Покупателю в течение 3 дней после отгрузки продукции.
Delivery terms:•Продукция должна быть новой, не ранее 2011 года выпуска и ранее не использованной.
•Доставка осуществляется транспортом Поставщика до склада грузополучателя.
•Затраты по доставке включаются в стоимость продукции.
•Объем поставки является предварительным и может уточняться по текущей потребности.
