Обязательное условие: включение в спецификацию дополнительных требований по штрафным санкциям:
В случае если Поставщик не поставил Товар (или поставил в неполном объеме) в течение 15 календарных дней после окончания срока поставки, указанного в соответствующей спецификации к Договору, Поставщик обязуется уплатить Покупателю штраф в размере 20 % от стоимости непоставленного Товара путем перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Покупателя. Уплата штрафа не освобождает Поставщика от выполнения его обязательств по поставке Товара по соответствующей спецификации к Договору.»
