Payment terms:Оплата поставляемого товара осуществляется путём перечисления денежных средств на расчётный счёт Поставщика в течение 45 дней с момента получения счёт-фактуры ФО Покупателя.
Delivery terms:Доставка товара должна быть произведена силами и средствами Поставщика. Транспортные расходы должны быть включены в стоимоть товара. Поставщик выписывает товарную накладную ТОРГ-12, счёт-фактуру и предоставляет транспортную накладную с заполненными реквизитами.
