Payment terms:
Advance payment is not provided. Payment upon receipt of products to the consignee's warehouse within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery and the provision of original invoices, waybills, copies of waybills with the recipient's mark. Other proposals of the participants are being considered
Delivery terms:
Delivery of paper for office equipment on time: until July 31, 2023. in batches monthly at the request of the Buyer.
All shipping costs and other costs must be included in the cost of the goods and materials.
The delivered product must be certified;
- warranty period – at the time of delivery, the remaining shelf life of the product must be at least 80% established for this product. In case of delivery of goods of inadequate quality, the Supplier is obliged to replace it at his own expense within 3 days from the date of receipt of the claim.
Fixing the price for the entire delivery period.
After the expiration of the delivery period / delivery of the entire quantity of goods, it is possible to prolong the delivery contract on the same terms.

2. To their proposals in electronic form, the participants of this procedure MUST, before opening the envelopes, attach the applicant's Questionnaire and the documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial offer (indicating the delivery dates), signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
The validity period of the supplier's offer is at least 30 days.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or an official dealer of the manufacturer, or a distributor (the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with the commercial offer).
4. The cost of the products must be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
