The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. Requirements for the product, for the Bidders of the tender:
1. Work in the market for at least 1 year
2. The supplier must have a representative office in Izhevsk (to promptly resolve issues related to the quality of the supplied materials)
3. Lists of documents for due diligence checks and for participation in the investment.
4. The contract is concluded in the editorial office of LADA IZHEVSK LLC. The draft agreement is indicative, subject to editing when signed by the parties.
5. The selected supplier provides constituent documents for the conclusion of the contract.
6. Under no circumstances can this offer be regarded as an offer. Accordingly, LADA IZHEVSK LLC is not responsible for refusing to conclude an agreement with persons who have applied with an offer to conclude an appropriate transaction.
