Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment for the cost of the Goods is made on the basis of the Supplier's account in the following order: The Buyer pays 100% of the cost of the Goods within 10 (Ten) banking days from the date of signing by the Parties of the UPD based on the Supplier's account.
Delivery terms:The delivery of the Goods to the Buyer is carried out on the basis of written Buyer's Applications sent in electronic form, which indicate the name, quantity and price of the goods in accordance with the agreed Specification.
The Supplier undertakes, within 3 (Three) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Order, to begin delivery of the Goods and within the same time period, the Supplier undertakes to confirm the acceptance of the Buyer's Orders by electronic communication.
The parties agreed that the delivery time of the goods is no more than 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date the supplier receives the order.
