Delivery terms:The procedure will take place in two stages:
1. Request for quotations and offers
2. Testing of products for 1 month in three restaurants (IP Zvezdochka, IP Leninsky and MDM) with the provision of a complete set of free samples, including dispensers for all products.
1) An agreement is concluded with the Seller for the delivery in the standard form of the Buyer, if necessary, with the signing of the protocol of disagreements.
2) Delivery to the Buyer's warehouses is carried out by the Seller. The price should include shipping costs. A list of restaurants is attached.
Delivery is also needed in the REGIONS and franchised restaurants (the list is attached).
3) The seller, the winner for his products, will have to install free equipment (dispensers) in all RIR restaurants (a certain amount in each restaurant), as well as franchised restaurants.
4) Clearly indicate the names of manufacturers of the products offered and manufacturers of free equipment (dispensers), which will be installed for free in restaurants.
5) Prices are indicated with VAT and taking into account the deferred payment of 30 banking days.
6) The minimum order for delivery is 2 thousand rubles per restaurant
7) Prices offered during the request for proposals should be fixed for a year.
8) The quality of the products offered must comply with the provided and tested samples, including free dispensers. All changes (manufacturer / supplier / quality / material / price) must be reported in advance and samples provided for testing.
9) Testing in three restaurants:
1. IP Zvezdochka - Moscow, Taganskaya St., 1
2. IP Leninsky - Moscow, Leninsky Prospect, 68/10
3. MDM - Komsomolsky prospect, d.28, Youth Palace

1. Please read the Terms of Delivery (indicated above) and the Terms of Reference more carefully, analyze and indicate prices according to our conditions.
The terms of reference with a detailed description of the subject of procurement are indicated in the Excel table attached to this procedure!
2. Be sure to fill out the questionnaire;
3. After submitting a price offer to the site, the supplier brings product samples (including free dispensers that will be installed in restaurants) to the client’s office for further testing;
