This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.

1. Provision of KP in the period till 21.02.2020g.
2. Personal negotiations in the period 02.03. — 06.03.2020. Krasnoyarsk.

I WOULD LIKE TO DRAW YOUR ATTENTION: companies that did not provide cp and/or provided cp not in the form of the offer card, as well as not in full (without specifying specific indicators, equipment, calculation of depreciation, staffing table (see tab of the offer map) within the specified period (21.02.2020.), to the face-to-face stage are not allowed.

In the quotation card it is allowed to specify the guaranteed period of commencement of works on technical and organizational readiness of the company, while in order to tender the cost of works for correct comparison is calculated on the basis of the schedule provided by the customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
