This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this procedure of request for a proposal does not impose on the Customer the corresponding volume of civil legal obligations.

As part of the commercial offer, please send the completed questionnaire of the counterparty — the form in the attachment, the consent to the processing of personal data — the form in the attachment, the constituent documents on the list:
1. statute (in the last version with all amendments and additions);
2. Certificate of State Registration (assignment of OGRN);
3. Certificate of placing on tax accounting;
4. decision of the authorized body of management of a legal entity on the appointment of an executive body;
5. letter of the Federal Service of State Statistics on assignment of codes;
6. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
7. accounting (financial) statements for the last reporting year or for the last reporting period;
8. bank statement on the movement of funds for the last 3 months.

In case of any questions on this project, I ask you to formulate all questions in a single letter before 10.06.2020g.

The Customer reserves the right not to consider offers of companies that have not provided kp and/or provided kp not according to the form of the offer card, and not in full volume (without specifying specific indicators, equipment, depreciation calculation, staffing (see tabs map-offer)
