Payment terms:Advance payment is not provided. Payment upon receipt of products at the consignee’s warehouse within 30 business days from the date of signing of the certificate of completion. Other payment terms are considered.

It is NECESSARY for participants of this procedure to electronically submit to the offers of this procedure to attach the Applicant’s Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the offer and the file as a scanned copy of their offer signed by an authorized person before the opening of envelopes. If the participant fails to fulfill or improperly fulfills this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
