Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:
The advance payment is not more than 30%, the remaining part after signing the certificates of completed works.
Delivery terms:
Execution of works according to the Requirements Specification. All costs must be included. The warranty period for the work is 60 months.

1.This competitive procedure for the selection of a Supplier is a request for commercial proposals, is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 and 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time without explanation, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
2. The proposal must be uploaded, after which the documentation will be checked.
3. The Bidder must submit an offer on the Contractor's letterhead, with a reference list with similar work experience attached.
4. Incomplete Commercial Proposals are not accepted for tender.
5. An organization/documentation that does not meet the requirements and forms specified in the Bid Notice may be rejected by the Organizer without explanation and recognized as this documentation, and, accordingly, the Applicant, does not meet the requirements of this competitive procedure.
6. The winner of the competitive bidding process is approved by the chairman of the tender committee, based on the results of all cumulative factors (price, agreement with payment terms, availability /absence of advance payment, due date, accreditation in the security service).
