2. Design solution for water disposal and sewerage system:

And other recommendations to address the above issues.
We also ask you to send a water drilling license or a SRO certificate (must fully cover the monetary amount of work performed).
3) Participant's questionnaire in Word format (required);
Your offer must coincide with the offer on the ETP!!!
4) Free form certificate on the total volumes of deliveries by the Participant of similar products in 2018, 2019 and 2020;
5) copies of certificates of state registration of the taxpayer and tax registration certified by the Participant;
6) An extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (IP) or a notarized copy of such an extract received no earlier than six months before the date of filing the application;
7) a copy of the Charter certified by the Participant in the current edition;
8) Copies of documents certified by the Participant confirming the authority of the person who signed the application, as well as his right to conclude an Agreement based on the results of the tender. If the application is signed by power of attorney, the original or a notarized copy of the power of attorney and the above documents for the person who issued the power of attorney shall be provided;
9) Copies of balance sheets certified by the Participant (Form 1) together with profit and loss statements (Form 2) for 2019 and 2020;
10) A document certified by the Participant confirming the existence of a decision (approval) by the body established by the legislation of the Russian Federation on concluding a major transaction, or (if the transaction is in accordance with the legislation is not large for the Participant) — a certificate in any form;
11) Copies of the current certificates of conformity (declaration of conformity) for the products supplied, certificates, and other documents confirming the quality of the products, their origin and indicating warranty terms and conditions; ISO 9001 quality certificate;
12) Other documents that, in the opinion of the Participant, may more fully disclose information about him, as well as confirm the qualifications and experience of the organization and its employees.
