Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension

Comments:
1. Proposals will not be accepted without loaded documentation:
- commercial offer with calculation of the cost of performance of works;
- participant questionnaires;
- applications for participation in the competition;
- consent to the OPD; $
- constituent documents, (if not previously provided).
2. Criteria for choosing the best offer: availability of necessary documents for conducting activities, quality, terms of work, cost, payment terms, work experience.
3. This procedure for requesting a proposal is not a contest and its conduct is not governed by articles 447-449 p.1 of the Civil Code;
4. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
5. The attached Contract is not a public offer, but the terms of the Contract will be binding on the bidder.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
