Joint Stock Company "South-Verkhoyansk Mining Company" invites you to take part in the procurement procedure for the selection of a contractor for the drilling of wells zaverochnyh to determine the actual boundaries of historical underground mine workings deposit "Nezhdaninskoe".
This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
