Payment terms:Payment for the Goods is made by the Buyer within 60 (sixty) days after receiving the Goods by the Consignee
Delivery terms:1) indicate prices on DDP terms (delivery to the consignee's warehouse is included in the price);
2) the goods must be original factory performance, with certificates of quality and origin of the manufacturer. It is necessary to indicate the manufacturer for each item of goods and materials.
3) you need to attach:
- an official commercial offer indicating the contacts of the responsible manager, as well as a full description and characteristics of the offered goods and materials. Offers without an official commercial proposal will not be considered. The offer is valid for at least 30 calendar days;
- dealer certificate
- reference list
- financial statements for the last period
- company card with details
4) the supplier must be able to exchange documents through the "Kontur.Diadok" system;
5) requirements for the form of the contract - according to the form of the buyer.
6) the packaging must ensure the safety of the cargo from atmospheric corrosion and mechanical damage, a marking label in the form of the Buyer must be glued to each place;
