Comments:
1.) ТКП необходимо оформить на официальном бланке с печатью и подписью руководителя и прикрепить к загрузочной документации.
2.) В ТКП обязательно указывать срок поставки со дня получения аванса в календарных днях, а так же указать адрес отгрузки.
3.) Критерии выбора наилучшего предложения: качество, срок поставки, стоимость, условия оплаты, опыт работы.
4.) При наличии 3х предложений процедуру можем завершить принудительно.
5.) Данная процедура не является публичным конкурсом и не регулирует статьями 1057-1061 ч.2 ГК РФ, 447-449 ч1 ГК РФ. Таким образом, данная процедура запроса предложения не накладывает на Заказчика соответствующего объема гражданско-правовых обязательств. |
