Payment terms:Advance payments are not provided. Payment upon receipt of products at the consignee's warehouse within 30 working days from the date of delivery and provision of original invoices, waybills, copies of bills of lading with recipient's mark. Other payment terms are also considered.
The suppliers' offer is valid for at least 30 days.
Delivery terms:Goods must be delivered during 2022 on orders with a fixed unit price. Place of delivery: g. Novorossiysk, Industrial zone "Kirillovskaya", 5th Promyshlennaya str., 3 and st. Engels 50 (5th floor) in accordance with applications. The goods are delivered and unloaded by the Supplier and at the expense of the Supplier. The date and time of delivery must be agreed with the Customer in advance. Customer's working hours: Monday to Friday — from 08.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Delivery is carried out after prior notification of the Customer (agreement with the Customer) by phone.
All shipping and other costs must be included in the product price.
All technical characteristics are described in the TOR attached to the procurement documentation.

Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. To their offers in electronic form, participants in this procedure MUST attach the Applicant Questionnaire and the documents according to the questionnaire before opening the envelopes simultaneously with the submission of the offer and a file in the form of a scanned copy of your commercial offer (indicating the delivery time), signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure. If the participant fails or improperly fulfills this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
The suppliers' offer is valid for at least 30 days.
3. Offers are submitted taking into account the cost of delivery, the cost of delivery is allocated as a separate line.
4. Analogs are considered in accordance with the technical characteristics specified in the TOR.

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Article 447 - 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 - 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to Participants.
