Payment terms:
Advance payment is not provided. Payment upon receipt of products to the consignee's warehouse within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery and the provision of original invoices, waybills, copies of waybills with the recipient's mark. Other proposals of the participants are being considered
Delivery terms:
The goods must be delivered within 2023 according to requests with a fixed price per unit of production. Place of delivery:- WUA "Krizhanovsky" at the address: Krasnodar Krai, Krasnoarmeysky district, kh. Krizhanovsky, Embankment str., 18b.
- WUA "Kropotkin", NPS-4, NPS-5, NPS-6, NPS-7, NPS-8 at the address: Krasnodar Krai, Gulkevich district, village. Giray, Linear str., 1.
- WUA "Ipatovo" at the address: Stavropol Krai, Ipatovsky district, Ipatovo, Stavropol str., 4.in accordance with the applications. Delivery and unloading of goods is carried out by the Supplier and at the Supplier's expense. The date and time of delivery must be agreed in advance with the Customer. Customer's working hours: from Monday to Friday – from 08.00 to 17.00. Delivery is carried out after prior notification of the Customer (agreement with the Customer) by phone.
All shipping and other costs must be included in the cost of the products.
All technical specifications are described in the TOR attached in the procurement documentation.
Comments: 1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. To their proposals in electronic form, the participants of this procedure MUST, before opening the envelopes, attach the applicant's Questionnaire and the documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial offer (indicating the delivery dates), signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
The validity period of the supplier's offer is at least 30 days.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or an official dealer of the manufacturer, or a distributor (the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with the commercial offer).
4. The cost of the products must be unchanged for the entire period of delivery (written confirmation).
Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
