Comments:
1. Участник должен быть пользователем, зарегистрированным в Торгово – закупочной системе «В2В-Башнефть» на сайте http://www.b2b-bashneft.ru/ в качестве юридического лица или предпринимателя без образования юридического лица в установленном порядке и обладающим правами Участника Системы.
2. Подробное описание предмета закупки, условия и сроки поставки содержатся в закупочной документации.
3. Все цены в предложении должны включать все налоги и другие обязательные платежи, стоимость всех сопутствующих услуг, а также все скидки, предлагаемые поставщиком.
4. Настоящий запрос цен не является офертой (публичной офертой). Организатор вправе отказаться от проведения закупки в любое время со дня ее объявления, в том числе после окончания срока приема заявок.
5. В комментариях к ценовому предложению при подписании ЭЦП прописывать: условия оплаты, включены ли транспортные расходы, предлагаемый срок поставки продукции (количество дней с момента уведомления участника о результатах закупочной процедуры), примечания (при необходимости).
