Comments:
1. IN THE CASE OF THE SUPPLIER BREAKING THE DELIVERY TIME ON SEVERAL APPLICATIONS, THE EXISTING AGREEMENT WILL BE TERMINATED.

2. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR SUPPLY APPLICANTS:
- experience in supplying similar items to shipping companies in the Russian Federation;
- the possibility of delivering goods on board the vessel 24/7 during the term of the supply agreement.

3. The expected consumption volume is included in the procurement documentation for this request for proposals (its full sample is not guaranteed, it may also be exceeded). At the same time, the cost must be formed on the basis of the delivery of a unit of one product name from the proposed list. The delivery will be carried out according to the current ship's orders.

4. The place of mooring of vessels is located on the territory of a secure facility, access control is in effect. Registration of an entry pass as agreed with the customer.

5. It is necessary to pay special attention to the fact that storage of volumes for the future with the customer is unacceptable. In addition, the cost must include delivery to the address specified in this RFP.

6. The planned period for concluding a supply contract is May - August 2021. with price fixing until the end of the contract.

7. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

8. Participants of this procedure MUST attach the Bidder's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire to their proposals in electronic form before the envelopes are opened.

9. The set of documents must include a scanned copy of the COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL indicating the delivery time, as well as signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In a commercial offer, without fail, the details of the proposed names must be displayed with an indication of technical characteristics and an attachment of certificates.

10. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by a participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
The validity period of the supplier's offer is at least 30 days.

Note: This request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
