Taking into account the fact of further transportation of Goods to the Far North regions to the Facility, the packaging of cargo arriving in containers should ensure the safety of cargo during its transportation, storage (accumulation) and cargo handling. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice on holding a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
