impose an appropriate amount of civil
obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received
Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any

The agreement between the Parties shall be deemed to have been reached only after
the signing of the Agreement by both Parties, no other actions of the Parties shall be
considered as reaching an agreement on all essential conditions

concluding NGK – Resource LLC has the right to choose Offers that do not
have the lowest price, accept or reject any Offer in whole or
in part, reject all Offers with or without explanation,
cancel the Call for Bidding at any stage, including after selecting
the Call for Bidding Winner. In case of providing false information, a potential
supplier of goods, works, and services may be suspended from participating in the Call for Bidding.
The Bidder must attach a commercial offer to the Call for Bidding.

The price offer submitted through the E-Marketplaces functionality must correspond
to the price in the commercial offer. Location of the procedure: This procedure
