Delivery terms:
Products are delivered by road to the Buyer's warehouse (Base BPO LLC "LUKOIL-AIK" 174 km of the Surgut-Novy Urengoy highway), or by rail to the station in Kogalym or to the terminal of the transport company in Kogalym, taking into account all costs and risks upon delivery, Delivery can be carried out in full or in separate batches and accompanied by all the necessary documents, according to the list specified in the supply contract.

1. The products must be new (official confirmation must be uploaded to the ETP).
2. Product requirements:
- availability of labeling (categorization) of equipment, materials, spare parts (products) by energy efficiency classes;
- availability of information on the efficiency of equipment, materials, spare parts (products).
3. Bidders may be:
- Manufacturers of the requested products;
- Official representatives, dealers (with the confirming certificates, manufacturers' official letters authorising sales provided);
4. The following bid evaluation criteria shall apply:
- Compliance with all stated requirements;
- Price;
- Bidder's status (manufacturer, dealer);
- Delivery time;
- Bidder's consent to the organizer's version of the contract, signing the contract without a protocol of disagreements (of which an official confirmation should be uploaded on the e-marketplace);
- Price fixation for the entire delivery period, from bid submission until products transfer at the customer's warehouse (of which an official confirmation should be uploaded on the e-marketplace).
5. Products shall be delivered in accordance with the stated requirements (both the requirements of regulatory documents and additional customer's requirements agreed by the parties).
6. The constituent documents for the conclusion of the contract must be provided after the applicant is recognized as the winner (the list is attached in the attached file);
7. This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
8. This request for proposals is not an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The organizer has the right to refuse to conduct a procurement at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the end of the deadline for accepting applications.
