Payment terms:Payment within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods at the Buyer's warehouse: Ust-Kut Irkutsk region. We are ready to consider other payment offers.
Delivery terms:Delivery time: within 10-20 days from the date of signing the specification.
Place of delivery: Ust-Kut, Irkutsk region.

Comments:
Cabins must be manufactured in accordance with the technical specification. Mandatory availability of product passports, fire safety certificates for fire impregnation. Also, all electrical appliances and materials must have certificates and passports.
The price should be fixed for 30 days and include delivery to the object.
The supply of block containers to each facility will be purchased under separate contracts (specifications).
All additional terms of the Contract are specified in the Specifications.

1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Before opening the envelopes, the participants of this procedure MUST attach the applicant's Application Form and the documents according to the application form simultaneously with the submission of the offer and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial offer signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
The validity period of the supplier's offer is at least 30 days.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or an official dealer of the manufacturer, or a distributor (the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with the commercial offer).
4. The cost of the products must be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).


Note: this request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.


LLC "GSI SNEMA" reserves the right not to inform the participants of the procedure about its results, except for the winner, to cancel the procedure or its results, as well as to exclude any of the participants of the procedure without explaining the reason. Submission of a technical and commercial proposal implies agreement with the terms of the procedure.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
