Payment terms:
An advance payment of up to 100% of the contract value is possible. Advance payment is provided to the Supplier in the form of treasury collateral (treasury letter of credit), and is transferred to the open personal account of the Supplier to account for operations of a non-participant in the budget process in the Federal Treasury Department to fulfill obligations to the Contract. The obligation to open the specified account is assigned to the Supplier. The Supplier agrees to treasury escort in the form of treasury provision of obligations under the Contract in terms of advance payments.
