The supplier is ready to dispose of the dismantled ROME on its own
The supplier is ready to perform the installation of the RIM at a ceiling height of 8-10 m
The Buyer has the right to unilaterally reduce/increase the number of RIMS by 30% (both upward and downward) from the amount agreed upon by the parties in this Specification or Order. At the same time, the remaining terms of the delivery terms, including the terms for the price and deferred payment, remain unchanged.
Confirmation of the price when dividing the volume between several participants
Consent to the signing of the attached contract forms without a protocol of disagreement
The supplier is ready to carry out the examination, manufacture, deliver and perform the installation of the RIM before 01.12.2022 (when starting work on 13.10.2022)
The price for the manufacture should include the cost of ROME without taking into account the additional. services (installation, delivery, etc.). At the same time, the price for the manufacture of RIMS should be the same for all districts in which the Supplier took part.
The supplier is ready to conduct an Indoor Examination taking into account the requirements attached to the tender site
Sales capacity for 30 k.d. (expertise, manufacture, delivery, installation)
It is necessary to specify how many days are needed for the installation of the ROME Indoor one object
Participation is free.
EDS is not required.
The bidder may repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.
Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal of all affiliated participants from the competition.
