Payment terms:
the customer payment shall be made in 4 installments by cashless transfer of funds to the account of the contractor in the following order:
- payment for phase 1 is made by the customer within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of signing by the parties of the Act of acceptance of the executed works (form # KS-2), the value of the works (form # KS-3) on the basis of the invoice for payment issued by the contractor;
- payment for phase 2 is made by the customer with account payment for phase 1 for a period of 10 (ten) banking days from the date of signing by the parties of the Act of acceptance of the executed works (form # KS-2), the value of the works (form # KS-3) on the basis of invoice for payment invoiced by the contractor;
- payment for phase 3 is produced by the customer taking into account payments under phases 1 and 2 within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of signing by the parties of the Act of acceptance of the executed works (form # KS-2), the value of the works (form # KS-3) on the basis of invoice for payment invoiced by the contractor;
- payment for phase 4 is made by the customer with account payments on phase 1, 2 and 3 within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of signing by the parties of the Act of acceptance of the executed works (form # KS-2), the value of the works (form # KS-3) on the basis of invoice for payment invoiced by the contractor.
