Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
1. Price shall be indicated including transportation costs.
2. Payment for work performed shall be made by the Customer within 60 (sixty) banking days after the signing of acts of work performed.
Delivery terms:
1. The deadline is 1 week (from the moment of signing the contract)
2. Certification of engineers and industrial safety performers of hazardous production facilities.
3. Warranty period is 24 months.
4. The contractor is required to do the work on his own. The involvement of third parties is allowed only with the prior written permission of the Customer.
At the request of the Customer, the Contractor is obliged to provide tax reports for the last reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not allow a sufficient degree of certainty to verify the integrity of the Contractor, the Customer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of independent work by the Contractor, including, but not limited to: extract from the staffing table with attached copies of employment contracts of persons involved for performance of work, information on the availability of property or on the right of lease: office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment of mechanisms, vehicles.
If these documents are not provided, the Customer is entitled to reject the offer (offer) ..
Comments: 1. The participant who participated in the procedure (made a proposal), before the deadline for accepting applications, must provide an estimate for the work.
2. This request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
