Payment terms:
The Buyer shall pay for the supplied products by money transfer to the Supplier's settlement account as follows: advance payment 50% of the price of the item, 50% postpay within 5 (five) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the lot of the goods from the carrier at the buyer's warehouse. The cost of delivery is included with the price of the product.
Delivery terms:
Supplier delivers the goods at its own expense and on its own to the warehouse of the buyer. Having a passport quality or other document certifying the quality of the goods. The delivered merchandise must be new, not remanufactured. Term of delivery: 14 (fourteen) calendar days from receipt of payment. When the goods are being shipped, the Buyer needs to be notified and provided with the copies of the following documents: tax invoices, TORG-12 consignment note and the documents confirming sending of goods via the Carrier. The provider ensures 100% fulfillment of the customer's application (the assortment and quantity).
