Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

3. One-time delivery to Kolomna RC on the basis of orders by the company and at his expense:
- Kolomna RC - Kolomna RC - 140482, Moscow region, Kolomna district, Parfentyevo c, industrial zone of building 1.
4. When submitting an offer, it is mandatory to attach detailed specifications (IMPORTANT! without TTX the proposal is not considered)

No EDS required
A procurement participant can repeatedly improve their price offer before the end of submission.
Only one legal entity can participate in the competition procedure from a group of affiliated companies (related). The other is regarded as a restriction of competition and is grounds for removing all affiliated participants from the competition.

This procedure of request for proposals is not an auction or a contest, does not fall under the scope of Art. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the emergence of legal obligations with the Customer of choice supplier.
