Payment terms:Payment of the Products is made by the Buyer by transferring funds by payment order to the Vendor's settlement account upon the full fulfillment of the obligations of the Supplier within 45 (Magpie five) calendar days from the date of receipt from the Supplier of the Products and a complete set of documents: UPD, invoice, invoice, goods invoice, copies of quality certificates or technical passports. This excludes the application of the terms of article 317.1. Civil Code of Russia.
